Please open a new support ticket and if possible include the promo #, but first make sure you confirm your claims by logging in to your promoslice.com account and navigate to "Schedules" --> "My Entries" menu. There you can confirm all your current and previous promo claims.

For faster resolution it is recommended to contact with the given Traffic Exchange so the owner of that TE can immediate action about the missing or conflicting claim page.
